Samples acceptance times:
Sample acceptance times are modified during weeks with holiday closures.
General Chemistry and Bacteria samples accepted Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Samples arriving at the lab after 4:00 PM will not be accepted.
BOD and CBOD samples accepted on Wednesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Thursday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM only.
Turnaround Times:
Turnaround times vary depending on laboratory workload. For samples run in-house, turnaround time is 10 business days. For subcontracted samples, turnaround time is 3 weeks minimum. If you need your report more quickly, you must pay for a rush.
Rush requests must be approved by the lab manager and are dependent upon laboratory workload. A rush fee will be applied.
